Hey Friends,

I have some exciting news to share with you!

Well over a year ago, God began gently whispering into my soul that He was preparing an assignment for me. Honestly, I had no clue what that would look like, but I trusted my Father and have been waiting patiently for Him to show me more.

Over the past several months, God has been showing me more! I have been collaborating with a friend and a team of incredibly gifted godly women to move forward with a ministry called, “Romans 8:28 Ministries.”

Here is a little insight into the ministry:

Our heart is to encourage, engage, and educate women through community and the study of Scripture, for the sole purpose of glorifying God and making Jesus Christ known.

Our desire is to invite all women to our community. No matter your past or present circumstances, we welcome you.  We want those that are hidden to be seen, to serve the forgotten, and to love the unloved.

When we allow God’s word to penetrate our mind and heart, we are saved from the enemies lies and are free to live out the abundant life Christ promised us (John 10:10).

The name and vision of the ministry were birthed in the heart of my friend, Nichole LaPointe, seven years ago, during a painful time in her life. I believe the verse Romans 8:28 speaks why:

“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

What we have been working on:

Nichole, the team, and I have recently had a blast with creating the “Nichole and Jodi Show!” We developed this to perhaps shed light on some everyday struggles women have with connecting with one another. I invite you to check out our first series-

Here is an update on my ministry!

You may be wondering about my ministry here at JodiAiken.com. I fully intend to continue providing content for you so I hope you keep showing up. I am working on a few projects that I pray will encourage you.

I covet your prayers as God expands the calling on my life. You are so important to me and I pray for you often. God loves you and so do I. I want to encourage you with one of my favorite passages and I pray God uses it to remind you of His goodness and the desires He has for you.

“Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in the lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He will do it. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your judgment as the noonday.” (Psalms 37:3-6, NASB)
