As you ponder this verse further ask yourself some questions:
- Who can I pray for today?
- Is there anything in my heart preventing me from spiritual discernment? Is there a sin to confess or a person you need to seek forgiveness from?
- Do I truly believe I am empowered through Christ to fight from victory rather than for victory? If not, why?
