It’s only three months into a new year, and I’ve applied my 2018 word, R.E.S.T., nearly 80 times. God knew I would need this specific word to produce strength, resolve, and tenacity.

Going through painful experiences always causes me to seek God. That’s a given.

However, having a word that is challenging to apply causes me to not only seek God but to transform my thoughts, nature, and self-will to mirror Christ.

What about you? Has your word for the year caused you to grow?

I’ve shared with you, in a five-part series, regarding R.E.S.T. hoping that you too would be encouraged, challenged, and reminded of God’s desire for us to be still and believe Him at His word.

I know your word may be different from mine, but I wanted to share with you a printable to help you find resolve.

Click here(Encouragement For Today) to print it and feel free to share it with others. I’m confident you know someone that needs encouragement today.

My prayer is that you will stay encouraged and not grow weary (Matthew 11:28).

Knowing and believing:

  • God is always present.
  • God can be entrusted with your treasures.
  • God delights in you when you stand firm in your faith in Him.
  • God is trustworthy.
